Welcoming you to our Ranch

Step 1.

Tell us about your hound:

Every great relationship starts with getting to know each other.

Begin by completing our online registration form, telling us a little about you and your dog. We’ll ask for some basic details, including their breed, age, personality and vaccination status, as well as anything else you think would help us get to know them.

Whether they’re a confident adventurer, a social butterfly or a little more reserved, the more we know about your hound, the better we can care for them.

Step 3.

Choose their adventure:

Once you have received an email confirmation of your registration, simply head over to our booking page and choose your service.

Whether it’s an exciting walk, a fun-filled day at our ranch, or longer stay while you’re away, tell us which service you’re interest in and your preferred dates.

We’ll take a look at your enquiry and get back to you to discuss the details and make sure everything is just right for you and your dog.

No complicated booking process - just a friendly conversation about your hound.

Step 2.

Meet Us & Get Settled:

After your registration we will contact you to arrange a meeting with both you and your dog.

This is your opportunity to show us their routine, tell us about their little quirks and ask any questions you might have. It also gives your hound the chance to meet us, explore their new surroundings and start feeling comfortable in our care.

We want you to leave feeling completely confident and reassured, knowing your dog is in safe, and caring hands.

Step 4.

And now for the best part - it’s time for your hound to have some fun.

Whether they are heading our for an adventurous walk, spending the day exploring the ranch or staying with us while your away, they’ll be given plenty of care, attention, enrichment and of course lots of fuss.

With collection and drop-off available, we can make things easy for you too. While you get on with your day, your hound can enjoy theirs - playing, exploring, relaxing and making memories at Happy Hounds Ranch.

And when they come home happy, content and ready for a well-earned nap, you’ll know they’ve had a day well spent.
